Ingredients
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 large egg
Tools
bowl
pizza cutter
parchment lined baking sheet
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F / 177 C / 4 Gas Mark
Combine all the ingredients in the bowl
Stir to mix
Place onto paper lined sheet pan
Form into shape you want, keeping it overall about ¼ to ½ inch thick
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes
Let cool on pan for 5 to 10 minutes
Cut into sticks

Notes
You could change the flavor by changing the spices. Maybe add oregano or chili powder. Be careful if you change the cheeses, as some are more greasy than others.
