( Bacon Wrapped Saltines )

You will need
Large Sheet Pan
Parchment Paper or Foil
Small Bowl
Ingredients
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
18 saltines
9 slices of bacon, sliced in half, so you have 18 pieces
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 275 F / 140 C / 1 Gas Mark
Line the sheet pan with parchment or foil
In small bowl, mix the brown sugar and spices
Wrap each cracker with a slice of bacon
Place onto prepared pan, repeat to use all the bacon & crackers
Sprinkle each cracker with a small amount of the sugar mixture
Bake in oven, about 1 hour, until bacon is crispy
Let cool some before serving

Notes
I used 18 due to that was the amount of bacon I had but adjust per your situation. Be warned though, whatever you make is the amount that will be eaten. So good.
