Zero Carb Chicken Nuggets

Watching Carbs? Eating Keto? Well, try these.



You Will Need:

  • Bowl to mix in

  • Pan to bake on ( or an air fryer )


Ingredients:

  • 12.5 oz can of chicken, drained

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • seasonings ( I like garlic & black pepper )



Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 425F 

  • Start by opening your canned chicken and draining. You will want to get as much moisture out as possible because you want your nuggets to be crispy. I even used a clean kitchen towel to get as much water out as possible.

  • In a medium sized bowl, add your chicken, cheese and egg.

  • Scoop your nuggets onto a parchment lined baking sheet and mold into your chicken nuggets



  • Bake the nuggets for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you want them crispier, you can bake them for 5 mins longer.

Notes:

  • You can also use cheddar in place of mozzarella cheese, though it can be a touch greasy
