You Will Need:
Bowl to mix in
Pan to bake on ( or an air fryer )
Ingredients:
12.5 oz can of chicken, drained
1 large egg
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
seasonings ( I like garlic & black pepper )
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425F
Start by opening your canned chicken and draining. You will want to get as much moisture out as possible because you want your nuggets to be crispy. I even used a clean kitchen towel to get as much water out as possible.
In a medium sized bowl, add your chicken, cheese and egg.
Scoop your nuggets onto a parchment lined baking sheet and mold into your chicken nuggets

Bake the nuggets for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you want them crispier, you can bake them for 5 mins longer.
Notes:
You can also use cheddar in place of mozzarella cheese, though it can be a touch greasy
