You Will Need:
A Baking Dish
Some Bowls for mixing in
Foil
Ingredients:
4 to 6 pork chops, or boneless chicken pieces
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 6oz package stuffing mix
1 cup hot water
¼ cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C / 4 Gas Mark
Mix the stuffing mix and hot water together and set aside to moisten
Mix the soup and milk together and set aside
Place the meat into the baking dish and season with salt & pepper
Pour the soup mixture over the meat
Spread the moist stuffing over the meat and soup
Cover the dish with foil
Place in oven for 30 minutes
Remove foil
Continue to bake for another 20 to 30 minutes, checking the meat temp for doneness
Notes:
Use any seasoning you like on the meat, just pair it with the stuffing flavor
I like to use herb stuffing with pork, chicken with chicken, etc...
I also like to serve with a vegetable, but you could mix in veggies in the stuffing also
