I served this with pork roast, so good.
Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, cleaned and cut if needed
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 or 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp oil
½ lb bacon ( or more to taste )
cooking spray
Tools
baking sheet
cooling rack that fits baking sheet
foil, for easy clean up
bowl to mix in
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 F / 200 C / 6 Gas Mark
Combine 1st six ingredients in the bowl
Toss to coat Brussels sprouts
Place onto foil lined sheet pan
Spray cooling rack with cooking spray, lay rack onto Brussels spouts
layer the bacon onto the cooling rack
Bake in oven for 30 mins, or until bacon is crisp
Remove bacon to plate
Let cool a few minutes before removing rack
Remove sprouts and serve with the bacon

Notes
You could crumble the bacon and sprinkle onto the sprouts.
You could spice this up with red pepper flakes.
