You will need
Baking Sheet
Parchment paper
Plastic wrap
Rolling Pin
Flour, for rolling out the dough
Ingredients
Frozen dinner roll dough ( as many as you want to make )
Frozen meatballs ( as many as you want to make also )
Cheese ( I used mozzarella, but provolone would be great also )
Sauce ( pizza or marinara or pasta, whatever you like best )
about 2 TBLS of butter
Garlic powder
Instructions
Follow the instructions for thawing out the dough ( I used the all day method )
Once thawed & risen, roll out each dough into a disc
Add your sauce, cheese and meatballs ( the meatballs can still be frozen )
Wrap up the stuffing, place seam side down on the baking tray
Melt the butter and stir in some garlic powder ( you could also stir in some Parmesan )
Brush on some of the melted butter and garlic
Pierce each dough package, to prevent bubbling
Bake at 350 for about 20 – 25 minutes, until golden
Let cool a few minutes
Enjoy
Notes
You could make the dough and meatballs from scratch if you like, but you can also just use the frozen ones, it's much easier.
