You will need
A 10 inch round baking dish
Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
About 3 cups of fresh raspberries ( you could use any fresh berry, like cherry, blueberry etc... )
2 Tbsp melted butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
¾ cup flour
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
1tsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F / 177 C / 4 gas mark
Grease the baking dish with butter
Dust with about 2 Tbsp of sugar
Arrange the berries in a single layer in baking dish
Mix eggs with remaining sugar and salt
Stir in flour
Stir in milk and vanilla
Stir in melted butter
Pour mixture over the berries
Bake in preheated oven for 40 – 45 minutes, until puffed and golden brown
Cool on a rack while it deflates
Dust with powdered sugar ( You can also top with extra berries )

Notes
Can be served warm or chilled, refrigerate leftovers. This comes out somewhere between a custard and a ducth baby pancake. So yummy.
